Deacons’ Insurance Practice Group in the 4th Asian Conference on Claims Management in Insurance 22 November 2006 Michael Turnbull, Prudence Mak, Katherine Chu, Charlene Yuen, Declan McDaid and Christy Ho of Deacons’ Insurance Practice Group attended the 4th Asian Conference on Claims Management in Insurance held in Shanghai, China on 20 and 21 November 2006. Charlene gave a speech on “Avoiding Claims from Ending Up in Courts” and Prudence delivered a presentation on “Mediation as an Alternative to Litigation in Personal Injury Claims”. The feedback received from the delegates was positive and many have found the topics presented at the conference extremely useful.
