Deacons Partner's article published in China Law & Practice 30 November 2006 Deacons Financial Services Practice Group's Taylor Hui has had an article titled "China QFII Rules Revised – Significant Developments for Foreign Fund Managers" published in the current November issue of China Law & Practice, a monthly publication by Euromoney read by lawyers and business executives doing business in China. In the article, Taylor summarises the significant issues concerning foreign investment in China under the new QFII rules, and discusses the liberalisation of QFII restrictions which open the way to the development of more China investment fund products.
