Deacons' IP Department wins top efiling award for the 3rd year in succession 15 February 2007 On the evening of 8 February, Deacons was awarded the Top Efiler Prize by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department at the Departmental Open Day. This is the 3rd year in succession that Deacons has won this prize. Deacons’ Managing Partner and Head of IP Department Lindsay Esler accepted the prize from the Hon. Vincent Fang Kang JP, Chairman of the LegCo Panel on Commerce & Industry and made a short speech.
