Rights Issue After advising The Wharf (Holdings) Limited in its rights issue in November 2007, Deacons continued to act on the rights issue of its listed subsidiary, Harbour Centre Development Limited in February 2008. The deal is led by Ronny Chow and assisted by Eric Mok and Maggie Kwok. Secondary Placing Deacons advised Value Partners as the placing agent of Yue Da Mining Holdings Limited, a Main Board-listed Chinese mine and toll road operator, in a secondary placing to raise about HK$100 million. This is the maiden instruction Deacons received from Value Partners on placing transactions. The transaction is led by Ronny Chow and Rhoda Yung and assisted by Li Fai.
