Experience:  

Cynthia has over 15 years of experience in all kinds of advisory work related to employment and labour and on retirement schemes and provident funds. She assists clients with both contentious and non-contentious labour matters and with the preparation of trust deeds and related documents for retirement and pension schemes. Cynthia also advises on general company law and commercial contracts and frequently assists foreign companies in the establishment of their Hong Kong operations.
