Rick has experience in assisting a wide variety of clients on all aspects of establishing or acquiring and operating a business in Indonesia. He advises multi-national companies on investment laws, the Company Law and Indonesian laws with respect to contract, employment, real property and intellectual property. Rick also has strong franchising, Japanese investment and capital markets practices. Formerly a journalist, Rick has lived in Japan and China.
