Khun Chamnian has practiced law since 1980. He joined Deacons (then known as Price Sanond Prabhas & Wynne) in 1988 and became a partner in 1996.
Khun Chamnian has more than 20 years litigation experience before the Thai courts and as a legal advocate before arbitration panels convened under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Thai Arbitration Institute and the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
Khun Chamnian is well versed in all aspects of Thai civil and commercial law and Thai corporate and has substantial experience in representing and advising clients on disputes and proceedings involving Thai corporate and securities laws.
Khun Chamnian has handled various types of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including without limitation, contractual disputes, property disputes, maritime disputes, labour disputes, joint venture disputes and shareholders disputes as well as bankruptcy matters.
