Company Formation & Corporate Services
Every company incorporated in Hong Kong must comply with a number of legal requirements and must have a Company Secretary. Overseas companies which establish a place of business in Hong Kong must also register in Hong Kong and comply with certain requirements.
Why choose Deacons for Company Formation & Corporate Services?
Deacons' Corporate Services team provides a personalised corporate services consultation at a standard of quality consistent with the firm's reputation as one of Hong Kong's leading law firms. Clients can also obtain on-the-spot legal advice on corporate services issues and access a full range of legal services through the firm's extensive areas of practice.
Files are individually handled by an experienced Chartered Secretary under the supervision of a partner. Client affairs will not be handled by teams of anonymous staff. At all times clients will know that one person is available and responsible for answering their queries, responding to changing needs and assisting them in corporate administrative matters with the necessary up to-date knowledge and skills to meet changes and legal developments.
